Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disaster Recovery Specialist to join our team at ServiceMaster Of the Southside 5422. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will play a vital role in leading our production activities in the field, ensuring the successful completion of drying, demolition, and various restoration activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance restoration and construction industries, with experience managing teams of 2 or more. They will also possess excellent technical skills, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities. In addition, they must be able to prioritize activities, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Disaster Recovery Specialist. You will be responsible for leading our production activities in the field, ensuring the successful completion of drying, demolition, and various restoration activities. You will also manage teams of technicians, communicate with customers, and perform daily monitoring on active residential and commercial jobs.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and construction industries.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience managing teams of 2 or more.
  • Excellent technical skills, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities.
