About the Role
As a Clinical Services Manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate the delivery of all direct and indirect clinical services to Agency home care clients. You will also manage the Agency's clinical teams, providing supervision and guidance to registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, home health aides, therapists, social workers, and other clinical personnel.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Valid state issued Registered Nurse License
  • A working knowledge of Medicare home health requirements
  • Strong clinical knowledge and background
  • Ability to set objectives and develop action plans
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues and resolve difficulties not routine in nature
  • Ability to obtain cooperation from or influence others
  • Must have positive and professional skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate computer knowledge and skills
  • Must be highly and consistently organized
  • OASIS E certified and Coding knowledge is a Plus
