Security Sergeant

Protective Force International LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Sergeant to join our team. As a Security Sergeant, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

• Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets.
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and maintenance, to ensure seamless integration of security services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in security services.

• 3+ years of experience in security management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in security operations, including experience with security protocols, procedures, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
