Job Title: Security Sergeant

Protective Force International LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Sergeant to join our team. As a Security Sergeant, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Conduct regular security checks and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
  • Respond to emergency situations and incidents, providing leadership and guidance to security personnel.
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support security-related incidents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing security threats and trends, and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a security leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing security teams and developing effective security strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
