We are seeking a skilled Telephony and IVR expert to join our Amazon Connect team at Vigna Solutions Inc.

Job Title: Amazon Connect System Administrator

Location: Remote (with possible onsite requirements)

Duration: 12+ months with possible extension

Job Description:

We require a resource with experience in Amazon Connect and Telephony/IVR. This is a system administrator type role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing Amazon Connect systems
  • Configuring and troubleshooting IVR settings
  • Reading and interpreting Visio call flow diagrams
  • Adding and changing Quick Connects
  • Reading and interpreting Contact Flows
  • Adding and changing Dynamo DB records
  • Providing basic PC skills and troubleshooting audio setting issues

Requirements:

  • Amazon Connect experience
  • Ability to read and interpret Visio call flow diagrams
  • Ability to add and change Quick Connects
  • Ability to read and interpret Contact Flows
  • Ability to add and change Dynamo DB records
  • Basic PC skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot audio setting issues
