Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new business accounts in your specified territory through walk-ins, networking, referrals, and leads
  • Engage decision-makers through face-to-face outside sales visits, following proper COVID-19 precautions

  • Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients
  • Represent yourself as a consultative partner by discovering and understanding customers' business needs and providing solutions
  • Provide value-added services such as ordering of product, inventory management, and problem-solving
  • Differentiate the quality of our products and services from the competition through presentations and demonstrations
  • Prospect for and acquire new businesses on a consistent basis
  • Negotiate client agreements
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure deliverables of contracted sales services
Requirements
  • 3 years of successful sales experience
  • Exceptionally well-developed oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and/or tasks and be detail-oriented
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
  • Must bring a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and desire to be successful in sales
  • Ability to connect with decision-makers and build lasting relationships
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a multichannel selling approach
  • Basic proficiency with digital tools and software, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, SkillShare, CRM tools, etc.
  • Positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license with active insurance
  • Bachelor's or better preferred
