- Develop sales strategies and maintain high productivity levels
- Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients
- Represent yourself as a consultative partner by discovering and understanding customers' business needs and providing solutions
- Provide value-added services such as ordering of product, inventory management, and problem-solving
- Differentiate the quality of our products and services from the competition through presentations and demonstrations
- Prospect for and acquire new businesses on a consistent basis
- Negotiate client agreements
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure deliverables of contracted sales services
- 3 years of successful sales experience
- Exceptionally well-developed oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and/or tasks and be detail-oriented
- Ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
- Must bring a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and desire to be successful in sales
- Ability to connect with decision-makers and build lasting relationships
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a multichannel selling approach
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and software, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, SkillShare, CRM tools, etc.
- Positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with active insurance
- Bachelor's or better preferred
