POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an Ice Cream Server who thrives in a welcoming environment and is eager to join our vibrant team. You will enjoy collaborating with colleagues who are serious about providing excellent service while maintaining a fun atmosphere. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome customers warmly to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Process customer orders and manage cash and credit transactions.
- Adhere to operational guidelines and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all staff during shifts.
- Exhibit knowledge of the brand and menu offerings.
- Serve menu items to customers promptly and courteously.
- Efficiently prepare menu items, including ice cream, shakes, cakes, and ice cream sandwiches.
- Monitor quality and temperature throughout the day to meet or exceed Sweet Cow's quality and safety standards.
- Follow sanitation and safety protocols, including proper knife handling and equipment usage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop, ensuring proper setup and breakdown of all areas.
- Address customer concerns and complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare the shop for each shift.
- Act with integrity and knowledge that enhances the culture of Sweet Cow.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Contribute positively to the team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience in the service industry is preferred.
