Constellation Health Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our School-Based Staffing Division.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to increase market presence and sales success.
- Lead business development efforts, securing contracts with schools and expanding our client base.
- Oversee division operations, ensuring quality staffing placements, client satisfaction, and seamless collaboration across departments.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and client needs, continuously refining strategies to meet evolving demands.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence aligned with our company's vision.
- Proven expertise in sales and business development, with a strong track record of driving growth and securing large contracts.
- Deep understanding of the education system and ability to meet the unique needs of this sector.
- Skilled in relationship-building and negotiation, consistently closing deals and maintaining strong client partnerships.
- Adept at managing high-pressure environments, with strong organizational skills and a focus on meeting KPIs and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze and prioritize leads based on potential value and likelihood of success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with school administrators and decision-makers effectively.
