Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Superintendent to manage civil construction projects, including underground construction, utility installations, and water/wastewater treatment facilities. Key responsibilities encompass overseeing construction activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing challenges as they arise.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position
  • Proficiency in civil construction, underground operations, and reading blueprints
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Procore software is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel
