We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Bronx, NY. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

This position offers an estimated salary of $35.38 per hour, which includes a base rate of $30.13 plus an additional $0.25 shift differential for evenings and nights. As a Patient Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, treating wounds and bedsores, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting information from new residents to be admitted.
  • Recording health details of residents, including vital signs and temperature.
  • Administering medications and injections as needed.
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervising CNAs and assisting with personal care activities.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work effectively as a team member, possess a valid LPN State license, and be in good standing with the State Registry.
