Financial Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to play a critical role in our team.

PEO Spectrum, a leading provider of Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), is seeking a talented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional environment, managing key relationships, and creating perfect financial analysis reports.

Daily activities include:

• Building Financial Analysis for Clients
• Developing Comparative Reports for Clients
• RFP Creation & Quote Procurement
• Creating Systems to Organize Company Workflow
• Managing expectations and deadlines for internal sales team as well as partners
• Must be proficient on Microsoft Excel* where most of our analysis is performed.
• Must be tech-savvy and have experience creating data-driven reports - experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM a major plus.
• Must have proven track-record working successfully within team environment and experience working with people and clients.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
