Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers in a timely manner
- Gather customer and vehicle details
- Accurately document all vehicle issues as described by the customer
- Assess and suggest necessary maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
- Prepare a comprehensive and precise estimate for labor and parts
- Set follow-up appointments
- Track the status of each vehicle throughout the day and keep customers informed
- Ensure the final invoice matches the work completed on the repair order
- Clarify all completed services and charges to customers
- Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding Customer Satisfaction
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant is essential
- High energy and enthusiasm

- Experience with ADP systems is advantageous
