Job Title: PACU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PACU Registered Nurse to join our team at Regal Medical Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).

Job Summary:

The PACU Registered Nurse will work closely with our medical staff to ensure that patients receive the best possible care during their recovery from surgery. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical staff
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education to patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a PACU or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
