Job Summary

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction within their designated territory.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
  2. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  3. Conduct regular on-farm visits to provide product information and technical advice.
  4. Negotiate and close agreements with clients, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  5. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, using expertise to interpret trends and suggest improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in the beef industry.
  • Proven track record in sales and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition, formulating, and on-farm operations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
