Sales Territory Representative

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction within their designated territory.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Conduct regular on-farm visits to provide product information and technical advice.
- Negotiate and close agreements with clients, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, using expertise to interpret trends and suggest improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in the beef industry.
- Proven track record in sales and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, formulating, and on-farm operations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
