Your Impact
In this role, you will be responsible for working on-site, using your communication skills to build strong vendor connections and manage inventory efficiently. You will support internal and external customers, maintain positive relationships with vendors, and handle Return to Manufacturer (RTM) program tasks. Your duties include managing various product categories, monitoring critical reports, resolving claims with our third-party logistics partner, and more. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with internal and external customers
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, liquidation, Bulk Distribution Center (BDC), and outlet partners
- Complete Return to Manufacturer (RTM) program tasks, including paperwork, vendor contact, and credit
- Process and dispose of damaged, discontinued, defective, special order, cancelled products
- Generate and monitor reports, including Return to Manufacturer (RTM) worklist and damaged on-hand list
- Collaborate with the third-party logistics partner to address and resolve claims, update Lowe's claims portal
- Process vendor credits for returned items and request vendor return authorizations
- Perform daily inventory reconciliation with Lowe's and third-party logistics
- Produce Warehouse Management System (WMS) inventory reporting and validation
- Conduct inventory cycle counts, audits, adjustments, and reconciliation
- Perform physical tasks, including handling and transporting merchandise, managing inventory, disposing of waste materials, and operating equipment to move appliances

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of directly related experience

Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience with inventory and returns processes
- 6 months of experience communicating with vendors

Work Environment
We offer flexible shift options, Monday-Sunday, including 6AM-3PM, 9AM-6PM, and 12PM-9PM. As an associate, you may be exposed to varying environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, noise, and physical demands. Powered equipment is used when necessary, with proper training or assistance from a trained coworker. The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,600-$63,900.
