Patient Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our Clinic Operations team at Straub Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Interview and register patients, updating their medical records as needed
- Process professional and technical fees generated by department providers in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform cash handling and collection duties
- Act as a liaison between patients and professional staff in our Nuclear Medicine department
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of clerical support experience in a healthcare setting
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in EPIC
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
