Job Summary

The Guest Services Representative is a vital member of our team at Aatmos, responsible for ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience at our Inn. This role involves greeting guests, answering questions, and providing recommendations for activities, shopping, and dining.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Welcome and Check-in/Check-out: Provide a warm welcome to guests, manage check-in and check-out processes, and ensure a smooth transition for guests.
  • Reservation Management: Handle online and phone reservations, communicate with housekeeping and facilities departments to meet guest needs, and liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and tidy.
  • Exceptional Service: Deliver exceptional service to all guests, use hotel software systems as per Aatmos Standard Operating Procedures, and upsell walk-in guests by informing them of the property's value.
  • Communication and Problem-solving: Respond to client complaints in a prompt and professional manner, confirm group reservations, and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 pounds, stand, walk, or kneel for extended periods
  • Experience and Skills: 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred, excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, maintains a professional appearance and mannerisms
  • Schedule and Availability: Flexible schedule, willingness to work on holidays and weekends
