Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.

• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate a cash register, handle cash transactions, and support cash office operations as needed.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving product up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent guest service.
• Participate in visual merchandising, including stocking supplies, maintaining a clean and clutter-free work area, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
