Role Responsibilities

As a key representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Operations Supervisor is responsible for:

  • Overseeing and executing production processes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction through effective management of client interactions
  • Providing clear guidance to restoration technicians and supervising their tasks
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate job documentation
  • Managing labor and resource allocation on assigned projects
  • Collaborating with project managers and office staff regarding project updates and challenges

Additional Duties
  • Adhering to OSHA safety regulations
  • Safeguarding company assets by properly utilizing equipment and materials
  • Training and mentoring restoration technicians

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
  • IICRC certification is advantageous but not mandatory

Skills and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Proficiency in repetitive physical tasks
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents
  • Successful completion of a background check as per applicable laws
