Position Overview:
As a Senior Process Engineering Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the advancement of our manufacturing processes within the specialty chemicals sector. This position is integral to our operations, focusing on the development and optimization of production methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and refine process designs for scaling production.
2. Direct the research and development team in the conception and execution of innovative projects.
3. Oversee process enhancement initiatives and facilitate the implementation of capital projects at the site.
4. Coordinate and lead laboratory investigations and analytical studies.
5. Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and practices.

Compensation:
Salary range is competitive, with a base of $140,000 - $150,000 plus performance bonuses.
