Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Chief of Staff, CDTO or Digital and Technology Administrative Specialist to support our Chief Digital Technology Officer (CDTO). This position is crucial in ensuring that the CDTO's time, tasks, and priorities are managed effectively, enabling them to focus on driving the company's digital and technological initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Manage and prioritize the CDTO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel. Act as the point of contact between the CDTO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning and Coordination: Assist the CDTO in the development and implementation of digital and technological strategic plans. Oversee projects related to digital transformation with a focus on scope, time, risk, and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Liaison: Serve as a communication bridge between the CDTO and department heads, ensuring alignment and clarity in directives. Facilitate communication within the digital and technology teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Decision Support: Provide data analysis and insights to support the CDTO in decision-making processes. Conduct research and compile information to assist in the preparation of briefs and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a project management, technology, or Chief of Staff role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
