Job Summary

Elkhart Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping Operations: Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of our clinic, including offices and patient areas.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate the ordering and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports on housekeeping operations, including any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
