Key Responsibilities

- Actively promote the company's rewards program and other business initiatives.
- Stay informed about current sales promotions and maintain an appealing merchandise presentation.
- Ensure that stock is organized and visually appealing throughout the store.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in all areas of the retail space.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of product knowledge and fitting techniques.
- Be vigilant regarding Loss Prevention concerns related to customers and staff.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.

Cash Handling Duties
- Process all sales transactions accurately through the POS system, ensuring compliance with established policies.
- Verify that all footwear is matched correctly during the checkout process.

Essential Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- Basic communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, along with organizational and mathematical abilities.
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in specialty or footwear sectors.
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures.
- Understanding of visual merchandising principles and store presentation standards.
