We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Psychiatric Medical Care. As a Therapist for our Intensive Outpatient Program, you will work with a small disciplinary team to provide services to seniors experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for seniors
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including group and individual sessions, family therapy, and community education
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in peer-to-peer training and support, as well as online resources and curriculum toolkits
Work-Life Balance:

We offer a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, no on-call duties, and 7 paid holidays off per year. You will also have access to PTO accrual and competitive benefits, including practically free vision and dental, medical starting at $20/month, and a matching 401(k) plan.

Requirements:
  • Active license in the state of IA (LMHC, LISW, LMFT, LMSW, LMHC-T) required
