We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 193. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a master's degree in a behavioral science or related field and be licensed to practice in their designated field. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate and model stable boundaries with clients, and be proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with the clinical team to further the mission of Ellie Mental Health - 193.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocol.
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 28 client visits per week.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.).
  • Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
