Role Overview:

As a Senior Consultant, you will engage with a diverse array of global clients across various sectors.

Your responsibilities will include diagnosing challenges through advanced analytical methods, conducting interviews with personnel, crafting and presenting recommendations, and aiding clients in executing proposed strategies.

Real Estate Transformation:

Our Real Estate Transformation team collaborates with major owner-occupier clients to revolutionize their corporate real estate portfolios and functions, encompassing strategy, technology, sustainability, analytics-as-a-service, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Essential:
  • A minimum of five years of relevant consulting experience within a professional services environment, either with a large or boutique consulting firm focused on corporate real estate or in an internal capacity at a significant owner-occupier organization.
  • In-depth understanding of key trends in the corporate real estate sector.
  • Proven experience in real estate portfolio optimization strategies, including master planning, campus/HQ strategy, restructuring, cost optimization, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace strategy, and business processes throughout the corporate real estate lifecycle.
  • Experience across multiple relevant domains, such as corporate real estate operations improvement, operating models, outsourcing, workplace strategy, digital workplace, and sustainability.
  • Limited sponsorship may be available.

Desirable:
  • Experience in workplace strategy, including change management and communication plans, and understanding integrated RE, IT, and HR solutions.
  • Knowledge of change management principles applicable to corporate real estate, including stakeholder management and communication strategies.
  • Familiarity with real estate-related technologies and platforms, such as IWMS and Smart Building ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in analytics for evaluating and optimizing business processes.
  • Ability to design operating models and service delivery frameworks for Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Facilities Management (FM).
  • Experience with Smart Buildings, including workplace analytics and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Application of ESG and sustainability concepts within CRE and FM contexts.
  • Experience in delivering CRE and FM outsourcing or insourcing consulting services, including strategy development and contract evaluation.
  • Strong independent work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, and organizational needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. Typically, individuals are not hired at or near the top of the range for their role, as compensation decisions depend on specific circumstances.
