Key Responsibilities:
As a Personal Care Assistant, your duties will include:
- Delivering direct patient care and assistance in line with the care plan
- Monitoring vital signs and other health metrics as instructed and documenting findings
- Assisting with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
- Identifying and reporting any abnormal findings or changes in patient condition
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Personal Care Assistant role, you should possess:
- A minimum of one (1) year of verifiable experience in health aide or healthcare
- Certification as a Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) is preferred
- Strong attention to detail; ability to meticulously follow instructions and document patient conditions
- A valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
