We offer flexible PRN/Per Diem hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour and a sign-on bonus of $1,500.

Key Responsibilities:As a Nursing Assistant, you will collaborate with skilled healthcare professionals and experienced critical care nurses. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, oral hygiene, and feeding.
- Responding promptly to patient calls and providing timely assistance.
- Participating in hourly patient rounds to ensure comfort and safety.
- Transporting patients to various treatment areas as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and equipment.
- Managing supply levels and ensuring the availability of necessary materials.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of patient care needs, ensuring that every individual feels valued and understood. You should be passionate about delivering high-quality care and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience (3+ years)
BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
Previous experience as a nursing assistant or in a related healthcare role is essential.
