Position Summary: We are seeking a certified nursing assistant with expertise in restorative care to deliver and oversee rehabilitative nursing services for our residents, in collaboration with our rehabilitation and nursing teams. The primary objective is to promote and maintain the physical and emotional well-being of each individual. Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating, supervising, and actively engaging in personalized restorative programs for residents
  • Assisting residents in their transition from skilled rehabilitation services to restorative and preventive care
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of restorative nursing progress for all participating residents
  • Conducting regular visits to residents to assess the effectiveness of the restorative programs
Qualifications:
  • Certified nursing assistant with knowledge of restorative nursing methodologies
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, regulatory bodies, and the community
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required
