Banking Center Manager II

A highly skilled banking professional is sought to assume the role of Banking Center Manager II at Dickinson Financial Corporation. This dynamic individual will be responsible for driving the success of the assigned banking center and providing periodic support to other banking centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience: Deliver exceptional client service and ensure a positive experience for all clients and associates.
- Sales and Marketing: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting bank products to target clients, businesses, and community organizations.
- Community Outreach: Develop and implement community education programs to fulfill CRA commitments.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the banking center operates efficiently and securely, adhering to all procedures and minimizing losses.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and support to banking center associates, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all bank policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of banking center experience, preferably with DFC banks.
- 1 year of management/supervisory experience required.
- Sales or networking experience required, with a proven track record of business development skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in common computer programs.
- Ability to travel up to 20% and be NMLS licensed and registered.
Working Conditions
The work environment is typical of a standard office or retail banking setting, requiring frequent periods of sitting and standing, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
The ability to decipher a computer screen or written documents, express or exchange ideas, and receive and understand detailed information is required.
