As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative within PNC's Retail Banking division, you will deliver outstanding customer service, accurately execute high-volume banking transactions, educate clients on new technologies, and develop opportunities for banking product referrals through strong relationship-building skills.Key Responsibilities
- Provides a distinctive customer experience aimed at enhancing financial wellbeing and fostering loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Handles a variety of customer interactions. Informs clients about available alternatives for their financial transactions. Recognizes banking opportunities during customer interactions and makes appropriate referrals.
- Identifies opportunities through meaningful dialogues with clients, making suitable referrals to branch personnel or PNC ecosystem partners.
- Engages with customers in the lobby to connect and position PNC products to meet their needs. Informs clients about options for managing financial transactions by utilizing technology, tools, and resources.
- Utilizes product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues.
- Complies with all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
