Job Overview

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Louisville seeks a skilled Water Remediation Team Lead to oversee the completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Water / Mold Remediation and 3 years of team management experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of Remediation Team
  • Assessing properties to determine extent of damage
  • Water Extraction
  • Removing and replacing damaged materials, such as wallboards, lumber, and carpets and placing, monitoring, and removing equipment
  • Cleaning structures damaged by water, fire, mold, and other causes
  • Job documentation
  • Adhering to safety standards required on each job.
  • Floor (Carpet, Hardwood, Tile, etc) cleaning.
Training & Growth

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Holds three (3) or more years of progressive experience in Water / Mold Remediation Team Management experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Thrives in a collaborative team environment and effectively contributes to teamwork. Inspires and motivates employees to maintain exemplary levels of quality and service. Positively influences all facets of the business.
  • Mathematical Skills: Possesses strong mathematical aptitude, including the ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.
  • Computer Skills: Demonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency in using computers and various software, particularly MS Office, Word, and Excel.
