We are a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at our clinics nationwide and through our digital health telemedicine offering.

Job Summary

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about serving others and making a difference in the lives of those in our community. As a non-licensed Therapist, you will have a Master's degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW. You will provide psychotherapy services and skills training for clients (ranging from infants to adults) with mental illness and/or mental health needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapy services and skills training for clients with mental illness and/or mental health needs
  • Work with clients of all ages, from infants to adults
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment
Qualifications
  • Master's degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW
  • Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family
  • Knowledge of varied interventions with children/families/individuals in crisis
  • Proficient use of computers for communicating and documenting for clients and staff
  • Strong skills in managing a flexible schedule and ability to appropriately manage referrals

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 annually.
