Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with patients and their families to provide social services, therapeutic treatment, and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide social services to patients and their families, including crisis intervention and case management
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in interdisciplinary staffing and contribute to the development of treatment plans
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- At least two years of experience in a psychiatric setting, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques for all age groups
