We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team, who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a difference in the lives of our patients.

Salary: $18.50 - $28.00 / hour

Job Description:

As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. You will be responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, as well as performing various tasks such as measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership, to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for others in need

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Comfortable working around blood and needles required

* Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet required

* Ability to mix acid or bicarb required

* Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed

* Health care experience a plus, including certifications such as BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification
