Key Responsibilities
Provide customer interface activities related to providing asset availability, quotes, and other associated actions pertaining to lease & exchanges on major rotable components to airlines and maintenance & overhaul facilities for all Aerostructures OE aircraft/engine configurations.
Daily interaction with external customers (via phone and e-mail), including internal coordination with Aftermarket Technical Services, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facilities and functional groups such as the Distribution Centers, Finance and Pricing teams.
Facilitate activities with internal support teams to gather and/or update data in Microsoft Dynamics supporting both the Asset Management Pool (AMP) and Rohr Material Number (RMN) Kit teams.
Requirements
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
