About This RoleWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Infectious Disease team as a Regional Molecular Specialist. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Technical Consultants, Clinical Consultants, and the Regional Sales Director to develop and execute business strategies that deliver profitable growth and expand our presence in the market.

Salary and BenefitsThe base salary for this position is $72,700 - $145,300 per year, depending on location and performance. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Requirements- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success;
- Familiarity with laboratory product sales and the diagnostics industry; and
- 50% overnight travel required.
