As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting territory sales visits, offering our excavation or water restoration services, and pursuing sales opportunities generated from field service technicians and call centers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct territory sales visits to offer our excavation or water restoration services
- Follow up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems
- Use an established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale
- Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers
- A valid driver's license
- Strong customer service focus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Plumbing experience is not necessary or required
- Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality
- A working knowledge of common software programs
- Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered
