About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team at UW Health. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing sourcing and contracting initiatives from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure compliance, cost savings, and responsive communication and customer service.
- Assemble and present business cases that include data analysis, supplier capabilities/differentiation, market data, and business requirements to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum - Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field. Four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to the experience below.
Preferred - Master's Degree
Work Experience:
Minimum - Four (4) years of progressive experience in category management of product and/or services portfolio, market analysis, contract analysis, contract negotiation, and financial analysis.
Preferred - Category management in a healthcare setting
Licenses and Certifications:
Preferred - CPSM - Certified Professional in Supply Management, CMRP- Certified Materials & Resource Professional
