The Customer Service and Sales Representative will also play a key role in retaining existing members and will manage the front desk duties, which include checking members into classes, addressing inquiries, maintaining cleanliness of the studio, and handling retail transactions.

We are looking for a high-energy individual who is eager to earn bonuses through successful member sign-ups.

REQUIREMENTS:
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets in memberships and retail

Prior sales experience is preferred

Exceptional communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email

Proficient computer skills with the capability to learn and utilize our software systems

A college degree is preferred but not mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist management with the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing

Schedule and confirm introductory classes

Manage front desk operations to welcome and check-in clients and prospects

Conduct facility tours while building rapport and understanding individual prospects' needs

Maintain a high level of personal sales performance

Promote and uphold the objectives of the organization as a provider of fitness and wellness services

Present available services to current and prospective members

Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales goals and follow up with leads and missed introductory classes

Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community outreach) to promote the studio

Ensure the studio environment is clean and organized, including cleaning equipment between classes

Other responsibilities as assigned

COMPENSATION & PERKS:
