Key Responsibilities- Respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with a range of issues, including product troubleshooting, scheduling, and coordination of deliveries and service appointments.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
- Enter customer information into our customer service software to document each interaction.
- Approve and process special customer concessions, including returns, credits, and exchanges.
- Make system changes on delivery orders and notify relevant personnel as needed.
- Review and act upon manufacturer's warrantied issues, process service appointments, and handle customer returns and exchanges.
- Research and troubleshoot product issues to clarify and avoid potential service issues.
- At least 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle difficult customers with ease.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently, with a minimum of 35 wpm.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Internet.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Reliability.
