About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer Intern to join our team at Textron Systems. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the development of innovative electrical systems.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing engineering support on next-generation technologies and proven platforms that support and protect our deployed warfighter
  • Fulfilling daily responsibilities including research and trade studies, developing electrical design concepts, performance calculations, and hands-on support of lab testing and troubleshooting
  • Opportunities that range from analog and digital circuits, fabrication and assembly, PCB design, debugging of electrical assemblies
  • Performing detailed characterizations of electronics and generating test artifacts
  • Generating and conducting circuit simulations with LTSpice

Qualifications include:

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Ability to work 40 hours/week
  • Capable of working well with a cross-functional team
  • Ability to complete tasks on time while taking in inputs from other engineers
  • This position requires an individual to be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
