Job Summary

Invo Healthcare is seeking a talented Physical Therapist to join our school-based services team in Placerville, CA. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping students navigate the school environment, improve their school performance, and engage with their peers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat students to help them overcome physical challenges and improve their overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team to develop and implement effective treatment plans for students with physical therapy concerns.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and school administrators to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Facilitate goals and objectives per child's educational plan to ensure optimal progress and outcomes.
  • Assist children with mobility and develop plans to improve gross and sensory motor development.
  • Conduct family training sessions when necessary to educate and empower families to support their child's physical therapy needs.
  • Perform other PT duties and responsibilities required by the Program and within the scope of licensure and/or certification.
  • Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations.
