Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with client teams to ensure seamless contract setup and management.
  • Perform risk assessments to identify potential contract risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Configure contracts in Workday, ensuring accurate cost elements and revenue recognition.
  • Partner with accounting and billing teams to ensure contract setup aligns with revenue recognition and billing processes.
  • Support post-contract activities, including change orders, modifications, and contract closures.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Assist with revenue and billing month-end close processes and year-end audit requests.
  • Review transactions to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong knowledge of contract setup and management.
  • Ability to maintain strict deadlines and ensure responsibilities are completed on time.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
  • ASC 606 experience and Workday expertise a plus.
