Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at HC Brands. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via chat and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the fulfillment team to resolve order management issues.
  • Provide accurate and efficient entry of customized orders into our production software system.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, services, and systems used to service our customers.
  • Recognize and resolve order issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that customers receive their orders on time and shipment targets are met.
  • Act as a strong leader and role model for phone representatives and order management specialists.

Requirements:
  • Love supporting people and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Be good at learning new things, in depth, fast.
  • Have above-average computer literacy and be able to quickly pick up new software systems.
  • Be incredibly organized and able to access and refer to relevant information.
  • Have great written and verbal communication skills.
