About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at HC Brands. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform efficient and accurate entry of customized orders into our production software system.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, services, and systems used to service our customers.
  • Recognize and resolve order issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure that customers receive their orders on time and shipment targets are met.
  • Act as a strong leader and role model for phone representatives and order management specialists.
  • Remain flexible to perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Love supporting people and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Be good at learning new things, in depth, fast.
  • Have above-average computer literacy and be able to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Be incredibly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Have great written and verbal communication skills.
