Parkhurst Dining is seeking a reliable Sanitation Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen.

The estimated salary for this position is $17.00 per hour, based on applicable experience.

**Job Summary:**

This role involves thorough cleaning of all dishes, silverware, and other items in accordance with Parkhurst standards and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Run dishes and silverware through the dish machine, following proper procedures to ensure sanitation and efficiency.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, areas, and supply stock according to Parkhurst standards and schedules.
  • Ensure a clean and organized dish room at all times, adhering to strict sanitary conditions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and management.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and frequently lift up to 30 lbs.
