Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a well-established portfolio, specializing in individual taxation and trusts & estates.
  • Deliver tax compliance and advisory services to individuals, fiduciaries, partnerships, and S corporations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Guide and mentor junior tax professionals.
  • Review and provide feedback on tax returns prepared by team members.
  • Effectively delegate tasks and oversee engagement team performance.
  • Leverage technology to enhance workflows and resolve complex tax issues, communicating findings clearly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in public accounting or a family office tax environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
  • Strong leadership and time management capabilities.
