Job Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care as an RN in post-acute care facilities.
- Keep track of care options and track outcomes with other medical staff.
- Work with residents and medical staff to develop care plans.
- Properly set up and monitor medical equipment.
- Ensure residents receive appropriate treatments and medications.
- Draw bodily fluids for lab evaluation.
- Review best care options with residents and family members.
- Make sure staff remains compliant with facility policies and nursing standards.
- Oversee the accurate documentation of resident histories and interventions.
- Provide training and supervision of nurses and support staff.
- Help staff with incident investigations.
- Current Maryland state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Graduation from an approved nursing program.
- At least 1 year of experience (RN or similar role).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
