Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Recovery Centers of America. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals struggling with mental health issues and addiction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients with mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Prescribe and manage medications, including those for addiction treatment
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in psychiatric-mental health nursing
  • Current certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • 2+ years of experience as an RN, with 3+ years of experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner preferred
  • Valid NP license in the state of practice
  • Active DEA and CDS licenses
  • CPR or BLS certification
